  • No drugs and alcohol allowed inside the apartment and society premises.
  • No parties or loud music is allowed inside the apartment and society premises.
  • No cooking or heating of non-veg food is allowed inside the apartment.
  • Guests are not allowed to move heavy furniture from its original placing.
  • Smoking is neither permitted inside the apartment nor in the society premises.
  • Responsible smoking is permitted only inside your private balcony.
  • Guests are expected to leave the house clean as it was at the time of check in.
  • Guests are expected to turn off gas and electrical items when not in-use.
  • As you are booking a house / home, not a hotel so breaks down of any of the services like lift, Electrical equipment may take more time than expected.
  • Any guest breaking the house rules, consuming illicit substances, and conducting a wrong behavioural approach, can be asked to leave the property immediately.
  • These rights are retained by the Caretaker, who may, upon scrutiny, cancel your booking without being liable to raise any refunds.
  • Non-Residents/Visitors are strictly not allowed on the apartment premises.
  • Pets are not allowed in any Yogvan Apartments.
  • Yogvan reserves the Rights of admission.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings.
  • Parking facility is at guest’s own risk.
  • Any damage will be charged on the spot.
Identification
  • We need a valid passport and visa for foreign nationals and a valid Government Photo ID and Address proof like Driving license, Aadhar card for Indian nationals during check-in. Student IDs are not eligible.
Checkin / Checkout
  • Check in time is strictly 2PM-10PM on arrival date (Guests coming before 2pm or after 10pm or later than arrival date must have a consent from the host.
Payment
  • Guests will be asked to pay in advance minimum 50% to up to 100% of their booking amount to confirm their bookings by the reservations team at any point after they make the booking. This Advance is refundable as per refund policy.
  • We follow a strict full payment policy at check-in.
  • Credit cards accepted with 3% additional bank charge.
  • The prices are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax applied by Government of India and will be charged extra above the base rates as per the rates defined by the Government.
  • Breakfast is not included in the base rates.
Refund Policy
  • Only amounts directly paid to us are eligible for direct refunds from us that too as per refund and cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for any amount paid to Online Travel Agents (like Agoda, Booking.com, Makemytrip.com etc).
  • Refunds shall be processed only in case the cancellations are done as per the cancellation and refund policy mentioned.
  • All eligible refunds shall be processed in 10-12 days after we receive the UPI details. We process refunds through Google Pay or any other UPI Payment methods only.
  • For refunds where original payment was made through Credit card or debit card or through payment gateway, refunds will be processed after deduction of charges of 3% on the total amount paid.
Caretaker’s Special Right
  • Any guest breaking the house rules, consuming illicit substances, and conducting a wrong behavioural approach, can be asked to leave the property immediately. These rights are retained by the Caretaker, who may, upon scrutiny, cancel your booking without being liable to raise any refunds.
Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations at least 15 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 7days before check-in.
  • If you have booked through the use of a travel agency or an online travel agency (such as Booking.com etc), you must cancel or modify your booking through the agency that you used to make the booking.
  • In case of any Offers and Promotions the payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE at any point.
  • If you have booked directly thorough our official website your refund will be calculated as per cancellation policy mentioned above.
Extension Policy
  • Please contact the caretaker to extend your stay. It is solely based on availability and on the current prices.
  • Payment has to be made in advance to confirm your extension.
  • We are much better over email than phones. So, email us with your questions before calling us.
Quite Hours
  • To provide a peaceful sleep to our esteemed guests during night, we adhere to quite hours schedule from 11pm – 7am.
